Transfering commercial real estate

First I want to thank you guys in advance. So i am taking over a small company that is involved with IT and the company owns an office building and land worth about $250,000.00. My question is because I am wanting to diversify and get into real estate/ rentals can I create an LLC and move the office from the S Corp into the LLC or would there be a tax burden placed on the company by doing this. Thanks again.
