Looking to network with commercial re investors
Hi my name is Jo Hernandez. I have been working on networking for the past year in the residential sector but just recently partnered with a big commercial investor willing to let me work side by side with him and help him find buyers. These properties I have access to are off market and nation wide so I don't think it will be difficult finding buyers but would like some tips as to were to look. Does anyone have any tips to find them? I have been cold calling reit s, and plan to start looking for building owners in person here in El Paso Tx. Any help would be great thanks you.
