Looking to network with commercial re investors
Hi my name is Jo Hernandez. I have been working on networking for the past year in the residential sector but just recently partnered with a big commercial investor willing to let me work side by side with him and help him find buyers. These properties I have access to are off market and nation wide so I don't think it will be difficult finding buyers but would like some tips as to were to look. Does anyone have any tips to find them? I have been cold calling reit s, and plan to start looking for building owners in person here in El Paso Tx. Any help would be great thanks you.

Basically all or any CRE. We have office buildings, hotels, multi fam, hospital buildings, retail, gas stations, a golf course etc. I'm not limited by what we have I'm more limited by who would be interested.
