Rent Roll + Rent/Sq ft
I am working on analyzing a commercial property. The most recent rent roll is as of February 28, 2017. My question is in regards to calculating the rent/ft. How much consideration do you put on this factor versus other factors such as replacement value or IRR? I would like to look at the most recent rent roll but also look at last years and the year before
