I have about 3000SF of open office space that I'm considering leasing out as executive suites. I have an IT services company and a phone system sales and service company in the building, so I can offer a pretty comprehensive "complete office solution."

Full service office space--utilities, janitorial, security, landscape maintenance, etc

Also:
--PBX phone system, with voice over IP and call center functionality. Pretty much do anything a big company can do with phones.

--Computer Network, server, router, switch, fire wall; all the back end fully managed. Data backup, on site and off site
--High speed internet access
--PC's with Microsoft Office and Exchange, fully managed and supported.
--Guaranteed up time/availability on the above

What are some good ways to research potential demand for this type office space offering? Any similar offering that you know of?
