Insurance on vacation rentals

Hi guys, I am just figuring things out so sorry if this has been asked or is in the wrong section. (I couldn't find it in the forums) Has anyone had issues or know how to get insurance on vacation rental homes? Some of the companies I spoke with say that I have to have a 3 month lease minimum. Is this where snow birds help? If I put it under my LLC will that be able to cover it? Any ideas, suggestions, or experience with this would be greatly appreciated!
