I'm not quite ready for it but would like to prepare myself to purchase a multi family property in 24-36 months. Can you guys suggests some books that would be helpful and assist in preparing how I go about the search lending, etc.? I'd like to ready when opportunity strikes. I enjoy and figure this would help me discover I should be looking or asking for. Thank you.

Multi Family Millions by David Lindahl! I've helped source multifamily deals for clients and they've recommended this book several times. I have personally yet to read it however.
