Church Needs Funding

Received an email from a pastor in NJ looking for funding of a church in Camden. They've been given 60 days to raise funds for acquisition. The pastor reached out to me, asking if hard money could fund this. Im pretty sure it cannot. I've nothing to do with this church whatsoever (or religion in general), but I do like to help people who are striving to help others. I've done fundraising for churches before. Does anyone have creative suggestions for how this property gets paid for? Camden isn't a great place and won't likely be soon, so the only plan for repayment would be through fundraising and membership dues. Thoughts?

Many lenders do not want to do church loans in the commercial space because of the stigma with a defaulted loan. It puts the lender in the spotlight in a negative way.
