Syndication Package for investors

Hey 

Im new to this as i just began working at a investment firm where they buy most their deals all cash....they have a deal that they want to syndicate to investors and they asked me to put together a package like we get from brokers showing rent roll market rent pro forma etc.....

Can anyone lead me maybe to a program i can use or something i can download and edit it on my own anything will be helpful
