ISS or SSA Expo which self storage expo is better?

So I own a few small storage facilities and want to hit each of the expo’s. I know that the ISS Spring Expo is in April, the SSA Fall Expo is in September. Which one is more catered to the small business owner looking to expand knowledge and look for advertising ideas as well as ways to expand revenue streams. I found that the SSA Expo sessions all seemed to be one sales pitch after another with little useful info being delivered. I DID make some good contacts through the vendor booths and have been able to turn that into some positives however the hopes of picking up useful nuggets were few and far between. Is the ISS show more of the same?
