Seeking to network and mentorship
I'm looking to get into retail commercial investing. Is there anyone in here whom I can talk with or who offers mentorship? Or is there a real estate seminar you can point me too?
Has anyone heard of Dolf de Roo? I bought his program but never received it. Left multiple messages but never heard back.
Would love to network with investors or brokers in that field. I'm an investor doing fix and flips but mostly creating and holding notes in the residential area.

Best commercial retail training in the country is held by Cherif Medawar - he is a real estate hedge fund manager and owns a lot of retail and mixed use
He has a training and Seminar company and even offers joint venture deals

I took several of his trainings through the years and in my opinion he is by far much better than the other so called gurus!
