Small Commercial Loan
Looking for some ideas. Have an 8 unit multi in midwest. Accepted offer at 160K. Have 20% down. Have good credit, but a bit high debt ratio. Not finding a lot of luck in local bank circles. Deal cash flows excellently. Any ideas for financing this? Appreciate all your advice.
