structuring a commercial land lease on a vacant property .
I have 3 acres in grass valley california. It is bare commercial land. Next to retail outlets. I have someone interested in a NNN land lease for 50 years. But not sure of the rental amount or increases over the term. Should i have a percentage of the rental income of future developements ? This is all new to me. Any info would be helpfull
