Should you get your CCIM? Is it worth it?What are the pros & cons

I have been thinking about taking CCIM courses to further my knowledge base in Commercial Real Estate. Just wanted to know if anyone has theirs and the benefits you gained from taking the courses.

It will Certainly elevate your knowledge, the best courses out there.  You won’t be able to get/use the designation until you’ve done a certain amount of commercial sales though..
