Warehouse for under 150 k
Hi all,
I manage a recording music facility based out of Queens NY. We've been around for 40 years and are now looking to expand and purchase another warehouse in a different state which we could turn into another recording facility. Obviously we're looking in areas that are located nearby a high population but not necessarily prime neighborhoods considering our budget.
Which areas would you recommend?
