Difficulty finding R3-zoned land for multi-family construction
I am looking to build multi-family housing (24 units) in Southern NH and I am finding in really difficult to locate any R3-zoned land. Is it really hard to come by? I see new apartment buildings going up everywhere, do they typically rezone C1 land? Is there a network for builders to find suitable R3 land? Any advice appreciated. Thanks.
