REITs and Senior Co-housing
I've recently read about senior co-housing communities in which each community forms a corporation and you must buy a share in the corporation to live in the community. These are not assisted living communities, rather the residents care for each other.
Does anyone know if there are avenues to investing in this type of real estate? Does anyone know if there are funds or REITs available for this type of investment?
