Hello everyone!! I’m a newbie to wholesaling and I’ve done my research and even found houses but what do I do next? If anyone could help me get the contracts I need to close a deal I would truly appreciate it!!

@Angel Worthington The only one to give you contracts is someone who is willing to defend them in court. You need a good local real estate attorney. Anyone can give you a contract, but it doesn't mean it would hold up in court if you ever get there.

And all real estate is local - each state is different - so you need to be attending local investor meetings to learn what to do and not do in your area. Find your local meetings through NationalREIA.org and MeetUp.com.

Good luck to you!
