Branching Out into Commercial

I've been working in the SFR REI market with rehabs/flips/lease options etc. I'm considering getting involved in the commercial real estate market (office buildings/multiunit housing) to primarily generate more monthly passive income.

I am looking for some "sage" advice about getting into this market place.

I would look at partnering with some experienced folks if you are going to dip your toe in the CRE market. There are likely some local syndicators that are reputable.
