It's zoned right now as agriculture.   6 miles from a FTZ that has two 100k sf spec buildings that house food manufacturers.   Combined more than $10 million invested to retrofit the buildings.   Over 400 new jobs with more to come in future years.  30 miles from new vehicle manufacturer.  

17 miles from I-26/I-95 interchange.  Both 26 and 95 will be expanded to 6 lanes to accommodate exporting new vehicles to Savannah port.  Ofcourse Charlestonport is being utilized too.  Mile shy of exit ramps on both sides of 95.   Has a town address and county roads.

Most of the acreage is viable for development per a previous soil study.

There are federal Grant's to assist with infrastructure.
