Self storage Facility
Anyone currently own any self storage facilities ? (in Los Angeles) or near What’s the process I’ve heard it’s a good investment.

Self storage is a fantastic investment but it is a retail business so its all about people and operations in order to make a profit. Retail is also a controlled theft business so you really need to know whats going on. It's all in the numbers KPI.
I would recommend hiring a professional management company to run it for you.
