Investing in Office Condo's
Hello all!
Commercial real estate broker here that has sold / leased quite a few office condominium's yet I haven't personally invested dollars into them quite yet and wanted to reach out to the group to see if anyone has found success in this targeted asset type? Typically we see smaller, ~1200 to 3000 SF buildings that are for sale, either with or without tenants in place ... assoc dues are a big factor and also I'm curious what you've seen with appreciation of these assets over time?
