Residential property rezoned

Hello,

Any developers looking in Plymouth County Ma *Lakeville Area*

Scenario: A single family property I've been looking at, to get under contract, was rezoned from residential to commercial. The entire side of that street was rezoned.

Owner contacted me yesterday, and informed me of the changes. He is looking to sell, just that the house can no longer be residential. It'll most likely would have to be tear down.

Any advice on ways, to go about this now? Should I still attempt to get it under contract if possible?

Note:.There are new condominiums being build on the main street, not far from this property.

@Account Closed  That kind of wholesaling is illegal in MA.  You cannot market a property that you don't already own unless you have a license to sell real estate.
