Commercial house and parking lot purchase
we have purchased a commercial property that comes with a 2 bedroom house and 1 bath. A 1 bedroom condo with 2 car garage and a decent parking lot. The people we purchased the property from were living in the house and now we are trying to figure out if we need rent the house and condo as a residential or commercial. We have hired a property management company to rent the property and they are listing the property as residential and commercial.
What advice would you guys can provide and what are the things we need to account for.
We are we thinking about just renovating and opening a business to run ourselves. But not sure where to star
