2.99% fixed for owner occupied commercial
Today I decided to call a bank that I've done a couple commercial loans with over the past 2 years. American National Bank of Texas.
Just this morning they started offering 2.99% fixed for 5 years on a 15 or 20 year amortization.
7 years is 3.74%. Same am.
Time to get my docs together for a refi.
