Robert call up commercial NNN brokerages and ask for the junior agents. The heavy hitters are working on 5,10 million dollars deals and can't justify the time of making 15,000 for working on a small deal like that. Even then they work on teams so if 15,000 commission half might go to brokerage. That leaves 7,500 to split 3 ways. Senior broker might get 4,000, middle agent 3,000, junior agent 1,500.

I am a principal broker so get the full 15,000 as it is my company but still a deal like that is too small for my time. I hope someone can take it on for you. My lower end deals these days I work on are 2 to 3 million in price.
