Commercial Real Estate For Beginners
Hi yall... Long timer lurker, first time poster. I am a real estate agent / investor here in the Greater Austin Area. I have been doing residential for the past 4 years and average about 50 deals a year. I have recently been contacted by 3 different past clients regarding commercial real estate. I have a client who wants me to list their industrial lot valued at 1.1M, another client who is actively looking for a doctor's office here with a budget of 2.2M and another client who is looking for a office building for around 650k. I am wondering what are the best sites to find commercial sale listings? I have seen mixed reviews for CoStar and cant find pricing anywhere online. Is CoStar the pinnacle in regards to listing searches or am i missing any other reputable sites? Thanks in advance.
