Looking for someone in DFW with experience using OPM / HMLs
Looking to chat with someone who has experience using a hard money lender to purchase an extremely distressed property with a lot of potential.
I've been in the commercial real estate space for 5 years, my broker has been around for 30 and we work very closely together and have several (recent) properties we turned around from under performing / distressed into 12 caps.... but I'm only ever making oney on the commissions.
Found a diamond in the rough and want to look at options of picking it up. If you're in the DFW area I would love to grab coffee or chat over the phone!
