Wind Turbine Lease Buyout Opportunities
There are currently talks of a large wind farm going up in my area. This is a rural area and I feel that some of the land owners that would receive a turbine on their property would be interested in selling future payments for a 1 time buyout of those wind rights. Anyone with any personal experience of buying out a structured payment?? Thanks
