Commercial property/asset managers needed

I have been working arduously to develop reverse auction company where anyone who has an architectural drawing can submit it, and have contractors join a live bid on the job. I have put a lot of time in on this project, long story short, a highly successful reverse auction company has offered me their software to focus specifically on this market. I am looking for people to ask questions to. What do you need out of your contractors, what do your contractors need out of you, what are some of your worries with bringing a job to a reverse auction...etc.  This has been proven in other markets to bring massive savings to those looking for a product/service while simultaneously allowing producers to maximize resource utilization. I would prefer my primary market be commercial real-estate investors. If you own or manage commercial property please let me know as much as you could.
