Commercial Real Estate Asset Manger Bonus Plan
I work for a private investment company that invests in non-performing notes collateralized by real estate; I am currently working as lead asset manager and I am trying to get an idea of how employers compensate asset/portfolio managers by performance and return. Is the structure generally salary + bonus? If so how often are bonuses delivered and on what scale? If anybody can provide insight I would be very grateful.
