Rules, insurance for multipurpose commercial property

I own a multipurpose commercial property . I am considering renting rear of property for day use.. ie. Get-together, birthdays . With possibility of including add on like bounce house. My property also has a full size basketball court. Basically a place where people can rent for events. Any ideas of insurance requirements, costs? Or any recomindations?
