I have Land to develop
Hi BP,
I have almost 5 acres in saint Lucie county Florida. It is off of US hwy 1 and has a decent amount of frontage. It has 2 access points to the land off of 2 roads which could be a plus for a developer. It would be nice to find a company who would like to develop an established business or retail plaza and lease the land.
Anyone have experience with this? Guidance on where to start to get the process going?
