Looking for a lot where I can build a business. Researching if I can get any crowdfunding. Can you please recommend any site or other crowdfunding companies?

 Crowdfunding sites do not work that way. They are not like a bank. In order to have your project listed on a crowdfunding site it needs to be shovel ready and you have to have serious experience and successful track record with similar projects in order to qualify.

If you do not have the money for the project you need to look at syndicating or doing a partnership.
