Where do I find buyers for a valuable billion dollar property of land?

There is no property worth $1 billion. The most expensive piece of property to ever sell has been $230 million.

You could by 30k acres of land here in Georgia for 60 million easy enough. It would have to have proven minerals on it and I doubt one could prove yield without actually mining it. So I think the value is in the eye of the beholder and I doubt that valuation would be able to be proven to the point where someone would lay out that much money. Most valuable minerals are not evenly spread throughout a property. Even oil rich property goes for way less than $28k per acre.

You will not have much luck finding anyone with that kind of capital. You will have an even tougher time finding a piece of property worth 1 Billion.
