Cleveland Landmark Property

I recently did a walk-through of a mixed-use commercial property in Cleveland, OH and found out the property is designated as a landmark building with the city. My next step is to get the property under contract so I can continue to do my due diligence. I know about the Cleveland Restoration Society but I'm unfamiliar with the process of acquiring a landmark property. 

Does anyone have experience buying, rehabbing, grant programs, etc. with a commercial property classified as a city landmark?
