lease ramifications for change in ownership

I presently own 6 properties in a single member LLC. I am trying to refinance. In order to avoid transfer taxes it appears I need to liqidate my LLC and put the properties in my name.

The leases I have with tenants show the name of the LLC as the lessor.

Should I be ammending the leases or is there a different manner to cause this change to be legally captured?
