I have recently found a garage that was a business many years ago but has not been operated in 10+ years. I am interested in purchasing it for my own personal use. Is it possible to acquire financing for such a property? The property is zoned commercial.

Thank you

Yes. It will depend on the property condition, your financials, your plans and the appraisal in terms of how much they will loan.
