Where are my Puerto Rico peeps?

Question

Hey everyone, I've got a contact looking to move his company's office and family to Puerto Rico.

Personally he's looking for a house to rent or buy in San Juan or Are de Guaynabo.

His company already has offices in Bayamon but he'd like to explore the idea of selling the building and renting.

Please let me know if you're a broker/realtor that has experience under your belt... I am never one to disappoint.OR if you know of anyone that is highly esteemed, that helps as well.

I know a couple realtors on the west side, but I dont think they operate in San Juan. Realtors are flaky in PR, so if you find a good one keep them.

Hi KC, I've done some work there 183 day clients, but I think you won't find much international members on BP. Better to try some local boards or perhaps in Miami.

Feel free to send me a DM. I assume your client is looking to take advantage of PR's Act 20 and/or Act 22. I'm based near Boston but was just in PR on a mini scouting trip. Its a very localized economy (i.e., better to get boots on the ground than try to buy remotely through a realtor). I'm an investor, not a realtor, but have been looking at PR for a little while and happy to share my perspective.

Thanks  for the invite.. I will be in San Juan this upcoming Saturday the 14th if your in Puerto Rico we might be able to get lunch.  I have a contact in Guaynabo that might be able to help and I’m in a conference with real estate entrepreneurs in old San Juan.
