Sellers needs extension due to tenants
Supposed to close on the 5th, the tenants were supposed to be out by end of April. I want the house, though I'm frustrated as hell about this. Here I am all packed up, and these scummy (I've met them) tenants and their crappy landlord who doesn't manage them well are delaying things.
What options do I have here other than waiting?
