Experience leasing to the Government

Anyone have any experience leasing commercial space to the government. Pros and cons would be greatly appreciated. Thanks roc

In dealing with government agencies, you quickly learn why the budget is totally out of control. On a 7000 sq. ft. space, while tenant improvements were being done, they had a team of 12 people, in 4 cars come up (having to drive 400 miles to get to our city) every couple of weeks. There was the leasing agent, planners, an interior design team to choose from the color palettes, others for security, construction inspectors, etc. They were a great bunch though and it all worked out grea
