First Commercial Real Estate Transactions
Long story short, I would like to purchase a portfolio of properties(mix of commercial and SF rental) from family members that are tired of running the real estate. 9 properties in total. I plan to manage all of this by myself and am looking for recommendations on a good property management/accounting software package. I don't need a lot of frills in the software, just something basic and easy to manage. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciate. Thank you in advance for any feedback.
