Land Development - Residential Mixed Use

Purchased land in GA zoned residential mixed use, with site plans and other paperwork underway to submit to Planning Office. Will be residential and commercial.

Need an attorney verse on syndication to ensure I am thinking about all of the ways to finance this deal.
