Question for the developers here
How do the developers here gather data for a potential project. I know location is important, but what other date or trends are you looking for with regards to a deal. Thanks Roc

Your competitors can provide a basic indication of market demand and economic stability. But do not assume that you competitors are always correct. Or, if they are building office/medical, they may be building for an existing long-term lease client.
New construction is an indication of market stability for sure, but it is only one indicator.
