Build to suite for NNN
I have a vacant commercial land and want to build ground up small retail box specifically for a NNN tenant. Do major NNN tenants always buy/build and leaseback to themselves, or would they come into a deal early in construction and I could build to suite (or i could give them basic exterior box with connections and they can build for themselves)? Anyone have experience with scenario?
