USDA COMMERCIAL LOAN FOR MULTIFAMILY

I’m looking to connect or get some general info about using the USDA commercial multifamily loan program in a qualified area for low income housing. Preferably an existing building but I’m open to development. Located in NC.
move asked on a couple other forums & no one seems to know what I’m talking about but it’s on the USDA website.
