Warehouse build to suit
Hi, I am have an online business and I am looking for a small warehouse around 2000 SF to rent in Phoenix area. I found a couple of warehouses on LoopNet and saw them.
Most of them are stripped out of everything and the agents tell me that they will built it in 30+ days if I sign the lease.
How to I make sure the landlord keeps up his promise to built the warehouse as promised?
I am new to this,
