Commercial garage property first time buyer
Trying to buy my first bit of property so I had a few first time questions. It’s a commercial garage with 2 floors. I was going get a business loan to pay for it and I wanted to know what are some things to look out for, and do I need to check if it has a lien. And also someone told me I should get a DUNS number, is that true?
