Commercial building, need help with ideas to utilize space.
Purchasing a mixed usage commercial building. 5600 square feet two-story building with a basement. Top floor is residential units which are full. Bottom floor is underutilized and basement is not used at all. Where would I look for someone that could give me ideas on how to fully utilize the office space as well as giving the property a good facelift.
