Should I invest in commercial real estate?
I was thinking about going into commercial real estate. What would be the 1st steps? Are private lenders willing to invest in a great idea. There's land for sale might have to build from the ground up will obviously cost a lot but there's also some buildings for sale/ or lease for what I'm looking for. What's better? Leveling the land and just using it all for a plan. Or an already built building?
