Self Storage Inspection & Environmental Site Assessment
Dear fellow investors,
I am buying a self-storage facility. I am getting quotes for inspections. Does it make the most sense to do a full inspection (roof, driveway, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, walls, etc) and spend over a $1200, or use a few specialist like electrical and plumbing etc.?
As for the Environmental Site Assessment, do I need to wait until I have selected a lender?
